Buying for an organisation
Data hosting and privacy
Your saved analyses are hosted in the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. The platform works from aggregate survival data, and columns that look like personal identifiers are rejected at upload. Read how EasyHTA handles data.
Contract terms
On Enterprise, DPA, MSA and SLA terms are agreed in the contract.

Priority support and a named contact, on every plan.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; unused time is not refunded.
If you buy as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel: email eemil@easyhta.com.
Price changes
On the self-serve plans (Solo Analyst and Analyst Pro), a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we tell you at least 30 days before a new price takes effect at renewal. Team and Enterprise renew on the terms in their contract.

Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Every trial is 14 days. Without a card, nothing is charged: the trial ends automatically after 14 days and your projects become read-only. With a card, the first 14 days are free; your subscription then begins and your card is charged unless you cancel before then. A trial without a card includes the full Team feature set, whichever plan you start from. If you subscribe to Solo Analyst afterwards, the cost-effectiveness module, the budget-impact module, and collaborative workspaces are not included. Analyst Pro includes the modules but not collaborative workspaces.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
Your projects become read-only. Nothing is deleted: your work is kept and stays exportable, and you can download it at any time. Analyses you delete yourself are removed permanently 90 days later.
How is VAT handled?
Buying personally, the price shown is the total: VAT is included and nothing is added at checkout. Buying for a business, the price excludes VAT and Stripe adds it based on your billing country. If you enter a valid EU VAT number for a business outside Finland, VAT is reverse-charged and you account for it yourself.
Can I change plans mid-term?
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, with no refund or credit for the part you have already paid for. If the new plan has fewer seats than you are using, members over the limit become read-only viewers when the change takes effect.
How do seats work?
Solo Analyst and Analyst Pro are single-seat plans. Team includes five seats; additional seats and scope are priced separately. Enterprise has unlimited seats.
What happens at renewal, and can prices change?
The self-serve plans, Solo Analyst and Analyst Pro, renew through Stripe. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we tell you at least 30 days before a new price takes effect so you can cancel first. Team and Enterprise renew on the terms in their contract, and renewal pricing is set there.
Who owns the work I produce in EasyHTA?
You do. Excel exports are standalone files you keep, and they work without EasyHTA. Cancelling does not delete your work: your projects stay readable and exportable.
What onboarding is available?
Onboarding is available on every plan. The documentation and the quickstart guide take you from sign-up to a first analysis, and onboarding sessions are available to anyone who wants them: book a call, or email zach@easyhta.com. On Team and Enterprise, onboarding can also be scoped in the contract.
